  • OUR RETURN POLICY

    • If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to return your pearl jewelry item (complete with gift box and certificate) for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). Customers are also free to exchange their product for another item if they are unsatisfied for any reason.

  • If you do choose to return your item

    If you do choose to return your pearl jewelry item, please speak to one of our customer sales representatives at 1-888-777-1186 for a Return to Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) number. It is the Customer’s responsibility to package & ship the item to Pasha Pearls™ Shipping Address including Postage, Insurance and to obtain a Required Signature. Also, any pearl rings that have been modified to a Customer’s personal size will incur a $35 restocking fee in order to alter the ring to its original condition.
